Timetable 2005/2006 on the Vlára Line

The current timetable 2005/2006 haven’t brought any big changes in the railway operation on lines Brno - Uherské Hradiště and Staré Město u Uherského Hradiště - Vlárský průsmyk. The interval timetables spread constantly and influence of regional authorities on form of timetables is the further the stronger. Existing proportion between sets hauled by locomotives and DMUs continues. The passenger trains are usually hauled by locomotives of the class 754, especially at working days and at the end of weekends. The situation in operation of DMUs has been partially changed, but the position of 842s is nearly the same and 843s - a new class at DKV Brno - haven’t been operated on the Vlára line yet. After withdrawal of 850 to only one pair Brno - Nemotice, the DMUs are now operated right to Veselí nad Moravou on pair 4107/1726. The passenger trains 4141/4146 to Nemotice were last year often operated by 830s, but this class left completely the depot of Brno-Horní Heršpice in October 2005. On Sundays there could be seen also Russian DMU of the class 835 during its trial operation, but service of this DMU at ČD finished. Irregularly, but often we can catch DMUs of classes 810, 842 and 843 from all DKVs during trial runs after repair at DPOV-PSO Veselí nad Moravou (Workshop for repair of vehicles - repairing centre at Veselí).
